COACH REQUESTS
Click the link. Download the form to your computer. Complete the form and save to your computer. Then you can email the file to boosters4whs@yahoo.com or put it in the WHS Athetics Boosters Box in the office.
WHS Coaches can submit a funding request for their sport by using the Coach Request For Funds form. Please include any invoices, receipts, or purchase orders you have. Complete the request form and email it at least one week before a general membership meeting. If we have any questions, this will give us time to gather all the information we need before presenting and voting on the request. You are welcome to come to the meeting to present your request. Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting.
