Athletic Participation Forms

All required paperwork needed to participate in athletics at WHS is ONLY accepted through the online platform known as Home Campus. Student-Athletes must have all paperwork submitted before the first day of tryouts/practice.

Athlete Eligibility

In order to be able to participate in the Washington High School athletic program, students must meet academic eligibility requirements.

Norm Stelle Scholarship

Students who are members of Boosters can apply for a scholarship their senior year.

Coach Requests

Coaches can receive funding for their teams through the WHS Athletics Boosters.

WHS GoFan Digital Ticketing

Pre-purchase game tickets to MVAL events. (Note, ALL Boosters memberships come with passes to regular season home games, so grab your membership and support all the teams and athletes at WHS!)
